Nuno Felted Cowl workshop

Suitable for beginners and more experienced felters.

In this workshop you will learn to create a double-sided cowl. The cowl will have one

patchwork side and one plain side. It will be a lightweight cowl and easy to wear.

You will learn how to create a unique piece of textile. You will be working with silk

fabrics, new and recycled, and will also learn how to do a very fine layout with merino

roving. There will also be an opportunity to create a beautiful brooch to go with your

cowl.

Date and time: Sunday 2nd August 9.30 am -1.30pm

Number of participants: maximum 8, minimum 4

Price £70 per person. All materials and equipment supplied. You will only need to bring

two hand towels with you.

A nonrefundable deposit of £15 is required to secure a place on this workshop. The

balance of the fee is to be paid 2 weeks in advance of the event.
